friendly staff central location excellent cleanliness
The staff were friendly and helpful (i loved their recommendations!). the location was quite central and made exploring simple. the cleanliness of my room was excellent. Everything felt fresh and well-kept.
the air conditioning was not working efficiently, and , made sleeping at night a bit challenging.

the room included a modern bathroom with high-quality soaps and towels. there were comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing. the space had tasteful decorations creating a pleasing atmosphere during my time there.

breakfast options convenient proximity
The breakfast had several options, including eggs and pastries. The hotel's proximity to the central train station was VERY convenient. It was less than seven minutes on foot for me.

helpful staff wide selection luggage storage room service menu
the staff were helpful and always available. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh fruit. i used the convenient luggage storage service before my departure. the room service menu offered several delicious options after a long day.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours, resulting in a short wait.

the staff was very accommodating. they allowed early check-in. an ironing board was brought up upon request. the bed was comfortable.
the carpet in the room was not very clean.
